Athletic Clearance

All athletes must have completed a physical and be registered with AthleticClearance.com

• Step 1: Complete the online athletic clearance registration on the Athletic Clearance website. (This will cover the student from June 2025 through May 2026.)

• Step 2: Print out the physical forms and bring them to your physical appointment.

• Step 3: Please fill out the forms before you get your physical exam.

• Step 4: Get a physical exam from a doctor.

• Step 5: Upload the completed physical exam form to AthleticClearance.com. and complete your registration.
